Fiber-rich vegetables :
According to Baba Ramdev, diabetic care needs bread of flour. In which moong, green peas, ragi, oats, arhar, moth, wheat, barley, gram, jowar, millet, lentils, kulthi, and rajma are made by drying. Juice made from fiber-rich vegetables, bitter gourd, cucumber, and tomato can be drunk 5 to 6 times. At the same time, to control diabetes, Baba Ramdev also recommends drinking juice made by mixing cucumber, bitter gourd, tomato, a little giloy, and chiraita.
Yoga :
According to Baba Ramdev, the increased level of blood sugar can be controlled by doing Kapalbhati and Mandukasana. Beta cells are activated and regenerated by Kapalbhati. Apart from controlling diabetes by doing Mandukasana for 5 minutes, the problem of fatty liver, gas, and constipation is removed. According to him, by doing this yoga, the pancreas automatically releases insulin. Explain that this reduces the risk of diabetes type 1 in children. Yoga exercises like Gomukhasana, Lokasana, Uttanpadasana, Naukasana, Setubandhasana and Tadasana should be done for 5-5 minutes.
